Scott Dashiell is the founder and owner of Silver Linings Insurance. Since launching the agency in September 2021, Scott has focused on marketing, financial services, and Medicare planning, always with the goal of protecting what matters most for the people he serves.

With a background shaped by fast-paced, ever-changing challenges, Scott finds fulfillment in guiding clients through important decisions and providing peace of mind for their future. Whether celebrating life’s big milestones or enjoying a quiet moment, Scott believes in making the most of every day — and helping his clients do the same.

A graduate of Old Dominion University, he’s a proud husband to Michelle and father to Lauren. Outside of work, Scott enjoys traveling, golf, fishing, fantasy football, and time with his dogs, Gracie and Charlie.
